Rob McClay is the Head of Finance at OGGS®. Prior to their current role, Rob held various financial positions at companies like Sainsbury's and No.1 Living. Rob has demonstrated expertise in strategic leadership, team and process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and growth and innovation. With a strong background in finance and operations management, Rob has progressively advanced in their career from Accounts Controller to Financial Controller and now as the Head of Finance.
