Laura Bennett has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Laura began their career in 2010 as a Sales Assistant at Horsatack Saddlery Ltd, where they worked until 2013. In 2013, they joined Arcus FM as a Refrigeration Bureau Performance Administrator and remained with the company until 2017. During this time, they gained valuable skills and experience in the field. In 2017, Laura Bennett joined OGL Software as an HR Administrator and later progressed to the role of HR Assistant. Currently, they hold the position of HR Officer at OGL Software, a role they have held since February 2022. Laura Bennett is an experienced professional with a background in sales and HR administration.

Laura Bennett Assoc CIPD began their education at The King's School Worcester, where they obtained their GCSEs. Afterward, they attended Worcester College of Technology from 2008 to 2010, where they pursued and completed their A Levels. In 2016, Laura enrolled at Avado and successfully completed the CIPD Foundation in HR Level 3. Later, in 2019, they returned to Avado and obtained their CIPD HR Management Level 5.
