Francie Israeli is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public relations and strategic media management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Ogilvy since February 2017, Francie leads strategy for key FEMA programs focused on disaster risk communication and community resilience. Previous roles include Deputy Director of Public Affairs/Press Secretary at the National Nuclear Security Administration, where Francie acted as chief spokesperson, and Vice President and Managing Director at Phillips & Company, leading operations in Washington, D.C. Additional experience includes Vice President of Communications and Government Affairs at Kellen, and various positions at John Adams Associates, where Francie successfully represented clients in the energy and environmental sectors. Francie holds a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Maryland.
