Maria O'Keeffe

Maria O'keeffe is the current Global Chief People Officer at Ogilvy. Maria has been in this role since March of 2022. Prior to this, they were the Global Chief Talent Officer at Edelman from September 1996 to March 2022. Before that, they were the Human Resources Manager at Kar Products from August 1992 to September 1996.

Maria has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Maria is a strategic and innovative leader who has helped companies grow and develop their people. Maria is passionate about making sure that everyone has the opportunity to reach their potential and thrive in their careers.

Maria O'keeffe has a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Illinois State University. Maria is certified from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
