Aiko Hatano

Aiko Hatano, MSHRM, serves as the Global Chief People Officer at SEGA SAMMY CREATION since October 2018, holding previous roles including VP of Corporate Operations and Chief of Staff. Aiko has been a Board Member at the Nevada Association of Employers since May 2022. Prior experience includes extensive positions in hospitality management at prestigious properties such as Wynn & Encore Las Vegas and Four Seasons Hotel Macau, spanning from May 2005 to October 2018. Aiko's academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Ritsumeikan University, a Bachelor’s in Hotel/Food & Beverage Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Amberton University, and a certificate in Strategic Human Resources Leadership from Cornell University.
