Led by the Chief Medical Officer, the team includes the Physician Success Champion, who facilitates communication and collaboration between healthcare providers, and the Patient Care Coordinator, who assists patients with scheduling, follow-ups, and personalized support, ensuring comprehensive care from the comfort of their homes.
