Donald R. Connerton has a strong background in manufacturing and operations management. Donald R. then moved on to Trust Technologies, where they served as the Plant Operations Manager, overseeing a precision aerospace manufacturing plant. Connerton subsequently joined Norman Noble, Inc. as a Business Unit Manager, responsible for meeting specific business metrics and leading a large team. Donald R. later held the position of Sales Engineer at Yamazen Inc and Account Manager at Methods Machine Tools, Inc.

More recently, Connerton has held positions as a Plant Manager at Avalign Technologies, Metal Seal Precision, and Little Mountain Precision. Donald R. then served as a Process Improvement Manager at Hose Master LLC before becoming the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at OGS Industries.

Throughout their career, Connerton has consistently demonstrated their expertise in manufacturing processes, management, and achieving business goals.

Donald R. Connerton attended Lakeland Community College from 2001 to 2002, where they studied Engineering. Prior to that, from 1996 to 1998, they attended Willoughby tech center and focused on Manufacturing. Donald R. completed their high school education at Mentor High School from 1995 to 1998, earning a degree in General Studies.
