About the role:

As Ogury’s business scales ever faster, the Sales Strategy and Operations team is strongly engaged in driving the key processes of the commercial organization by translating strategic needs of the business into operational actions. The team’s mission is to provide commercial teams with optimal conditions to maximize revenue and operational efficiency through measurement, processes and tools. In this role, you will report to the Global Head of Sales Strategy and Operations and will have high exposure to senior leadership at Ogury.     This role plays a pivotal role in driving the evolution of our Sales Operations processes and offers a unique opportunity to expand your business acumen and professional experience in the dynamic environment of a global tech company.

What You Will Do:

  • Perform & continuously improve the Revenue Forecasting Process (Quarterly Reviews & Annual Budget) in collaboration with Regional Sales Strategy Business Partners.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of Commercial Compensation Plans & Quotas.
  • Develop and manage our Compensation Tool (Qobra), prioritizing enhancements and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, IT) to drive automation and efficiency.
  • Ensure the successful rollout and adoption of this Compensation Tool
  • Pro-actively search for improvements to be made to the current Quarterly Payout Process (calendar, steps, data sources…) to be reviewed with the Global Head of Sales Strategy and Operations.
  • Perform and present to top management quarterly business performance and bonus payout analysis
