Judith Tripard

Judith Tripard has over 14 years of work experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Judith started their career in 2006 as a Consultant at Deloitte. In 2007, they joined Bouygues Telecom as a Senior Internal Auditor and HR Manager. In 2011, they became the Head of Talent Acquisition & Talent Development for Colgate-Palmolive France. In 2012, they were the Head of Talent Acquisition & Talent Development for NextRadioTV. In 2014, they became a Senior Tech Recruiter at Clémentine. In 2015, they were the Group Head of Talent Acquisition & Career Management for TF1 le Groupe. In 2017, they were the Head of Talent for Frst. In 2019, they became the Head of Talent for Founders Factory. In 2018, they founded Firstalent, an active community of HR managers in tech startups and scale-ups. In 2020, they became the Head of Human Resources & Sustainability for Oh BiBi, an international mobile game studio based in Paris. In 2022, they received the Happy at Work label.

Judith Tripard obtained a Bachelor of Political Science from Stellenbosch University between 2000 and 2001. Judith then completed a Master's degree in Political Science from Sciences Po from 1999 to 2003. Following that, they obtained a Master's degree in Business from HEC Paris from 2003 to 2006.
