Sarah McVicker

Sarah McVicker is a Recruiter at OH Partners. Sarah previous served as a Recruiter at Ideal Tax Solution from September 2021 to January 2022. In this role, Sarah supported the organization with all phases of the recruitment & staffing life cycle. Sarah was responsible for identifying potential “fit” for inside sales roles through effective interviewing and testing, administering the interviewing and on-boarding process while ensuring a positive new hire experience.

Sarah has also worked as a Political Organizer / Recruiter at Field Strategies from June 2019 to July 2021. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting and training volunteers, coordinating logistics for events, and developing relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

Sarah is skilled in all aspects of recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. Sarah has a proven track record of finding top talent and clearly communicating the expectations of the position.
