Joe Ward

Joe Ward has a diverse work experience in the real estate and hospitality industries. Joe currently holds the position of Managing Director at Ohana Real Estate Investors since January 2023. Previously, they served as the VP Asset Management at the same company from January 2017 to February 2023. Before joining Ohana, Joe worked as the Director of Finance and Accounting at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. and Marriott International from March 2005 to January 2017. Joe began their career at Llewellyn Realtors as an Accounting Intern in 2001.

Joe Ward completed their B.S. degree in Finance from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College from 1999 to 2003. Later, in 2011, they pursued Accounting at UC San Diego, although they did not complete a degree in that field.
