Mattia Valenti

Mattia Valenti is an experienced aerospace engineer currently serving as Lead Systems Engineer at OHB System since June 2014, overseeing the engineering team for the Structure subcontract for the Comet Interceptor project. Previously, Mattia held the position of Systems Engineering Architect, managing the Mechanical-Thermal-Propulsion/Mechanism team for notable projects such as ESPRIT-RM, HERA, and ExoMars Carrier Module. Additional experience includes roles as AIT/AIV Lead for EDRS-C and SmallGeo-HAG1 at OHB System, and AIT Thermomechanical Engineer and Quality Assurance Engineer at Thales Alenia Space Italia. Academic background includes a Master of Engineering and Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
