Nick Anderson

Nick Anderson has extensive experience in service operations management, currently serving as the Service Operations Supervisor at Ohio Cat since February 2014. In this role, Nick oversees daily operations of the service department, ensuring effective communication with customers, parts department employees, and service technicians while implementing company vision and policies. Previously, Nick held the position of Service Supervisor at Joe Johnson Chevrolet from May 2011 to February 2014, where responsibilities included managing operations, profitability, and supporting sales teams. Nick also served as General Manager at Tire Discounters, Inc. from October 2002 to May 2011, focusing on operational oversight and performance improvement. Education was pursued at Edison State Community College.
