Rick Carfagna is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Government Affairs at Ohio Chamber of Commerce. Prior to this role, Rick served as the Assistant Majority Floor Leader in the Ohio House of Representatives. He represented the 68th Ohio House District and held various positions in different committees. Rick also has experience as a Manager of Government Relations at Time Warner Cable, a Township Trustee at Genoa Township, and a Legislative Aide to State Rep. Lynn Olman. He began his career as a Legislative Intern for Ohio House Republican Caucus. Rick holds a B.A. in Political Science from John Carroll University.

With 8,000 members ranging from small businesses to international companies, the Ohio Chamber of Commerce is the voice of business at the Statehouse. Founded in 1893, the Ohio Chamber is one of the state’s oldest business organizations. The Ohio Chamber is led by a volunteer board of directors that consists of 66 business leaders from all over the state. Our staff of 19 people includes lobbyists, political experts, membership specialists and knowledgeable support staff. The Ohio Chamber staff promotes the Chamber’s pro-business agenda with Ohio’s elected officials and manages membership services that help Chamber members run their businesses.
