Christopher Kacir currently serves as the Associate Vice-Chancellor for Student Success at the Ohio Department of Higher Education, a position held since July 2021. Prior to this role, Christopher Kacir spent nearly two decades at Shawnee State University, where responsibilities included serving as Associate Provost for Academic Affairs, Dean of University College, Chairperson of the Department of Social Sciences, Interim Associate Provost for Undergraduate Programs, and Psychology Program Coordinator. Christopher Kacir's extensive teaching background encompasses a wide range of psychology courses, demonstrating a commitment to student development and academic excellence. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with a Child and Family Specialization, a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, all obtained from Ohio University.
