Elaine S.

Elaine S. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in legal and educational roles. Currently serving as Regional Director for the Ohio Education Association since February 2023, Elaine previously held the position of Executive Director and General Counsel for the Ohio State Troopers Association from May 1998 to February 2023, and also worked as Assistant General Counsel. Additionally, Elaine contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at Franklin University from March 2003 to December 2018. Elaine holds a J.D. in Labor and Employment from Capital University Law School (1996-1999) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Florida International University (1994-1996).
