Jordan Hoewischer began their work experience as a Research Intern at The Scotts Miracle Gro Company in 2007. Jordan then transitioned to the role of Research Specialist in 2008, where they conducted field trials, coordinated trials with research firms, and conducted consumer focus groups. In 2011, they were promoted to the role of Sr. Research Specialist, where they continued to contribute to product development and marketing efforts, including creating content for product videos and delivering presentations. Jordan joined Ohio Farm Bureau Federation in 2015 as the Director of Water Quality and Research, a role in which they currently serve.
Jordan Hoewischer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Turfgrass Science from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Later, from 2010 to 2012, Jordan pursued a Masters degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
