Joe Morales - Rodriguez

Joe Morales-Rodriguez currently serves as the Director of Risk Management at Ohio Hospital for Psychiatry, where they lead initiatives to enhance company retention and oversee the development of quarterly newsletters. Prior to this, they gained experience as a Communications & Public Relations Intern at Reset Ministries, focusing on improving social media and marketing materials. With a background in organizational leadership from the University of Cincinnati College of Arts and Sciences, Joe also worked as an Assistant Manager at Rose of Sharon: Landscaping and Snowplowing, where they supervised a team and provided exceptional customer service.
