Kelsey Dockman

Kelsey Dockman is a dedicated professional with experience in nutrition operations and customer service. Currently serving as a Nutrition Operations Student Assistant at The Ohio State University Department of Athletics since October 2022, Kelsey manages fueling locations, oversees inventory, and customizes nutrition recipes for athletes. Additionally, Kelsey works as a Deli Clerk at Mazzulo's Market, where responsibilities include ingredient preparation and customer engagement, fostering loyalty among a substantial daily customer base. Previously, Kelsey held the position of Dietary Aide at Laurel Lake Retirement Community, ensuring proper food service and sanitation in alignment with health regulations. Kelsey is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition at The Ohio State University, expected to graduate in May 2025, and holds a GED from Aurora High School.
