Megan Anderson

Megan Anderson has a diverse range of work experience. Megan worked at The Ohio State University Department of Athletics, starting as a Ticket Office Student Assistant from October 2016 to September 2017. In this role, they provided customer service, maintained the ticket database, and handled financial transactions. Megan then became a Business Office Student Manager from April 2017 to May 2018, where they processed invoices, managed expense spreadsheets, and handled reallocation of travel-related transactions. From May 2018 to August 2021, Megan worked as an Athletics Business Operations - Fiscal Associate, assisting 36 sport teams with travel arrangements and procurement, while also managing purchase orders and reimbursements. Megan recently transitioned to become the Director of Operations in August 2021.

Apart from their university position, Megan was also the Head Volleyball Coach at Franklin Heights High School from April 2019 to August 2021. In this role, they coached the varsity and junior varsity teams, developed policies and procedures, and created a competitive and safe environment for student-athletes.

Additionally, Megan had internship experience at Textbook Painting. In 2016, they worked as an Accounting Intern, handling payroll, paying bills, and reconciling account statements. In 2015, they were a Social Media and Marketing Intern, responsible for promoting the company on social media platforms and assisting with office tasks and recruitment.

Megan Anderson earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from The Ohio State University, where they attended from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Brunswick High School from 2010 to 2014. Building on their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's degree in Sports Management at The Ohio State University from 2018 to 2020.
