Zoe Littleton has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of athletics compliance and sports law. Zoe started their career as a Compliance Intern at the Maryville College Athletic Department in 2017. Zoe then worked as a Recruiting Operations Intern for the University of Tennessee Women's Basketball Program from 2018 to 2019. In 2020, they held multiple roles, including Research Assistant at the National Sports Law Institute, Pro Bono work at the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic, and Athletic Compliance Intern at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. In 2021, they served as an Athletics Compliance Extern at the University of Notre Dame and performed legal externship duties for the NCAA Infractions Appeals Committees. In 2022, they worked as an Athletics Compliance Intern at Weber State University Athletics and as an Enforcement Postgraduate Intern at the NCAA. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Director of Compliance at The Ohio State University Department of Athletics, starting in 2023.

Zoe Littleton began their education in 2016 at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where they pursued a major in Recreation and Sports Management and a minor in Business Administration. Zoe completed their undergraduate studies at this institution in 2019. In 2021, Zoe enrolled at Marquette University to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Zoe completed their MBA at Marquette University's Law School in 2022.
