Ashley Y. Metcalf

Ashley Y. Metcalf, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Executive Education and Associate Professor of Operations Management at Ohio University, where responsibilities include overseeing executive education programs and teaching graduate and undergraduate courses. Metcalf has held multiple leadership roles within the College of Business, including Chair of the Department of Management and Director of the One-Year MBA Program, managing faculty, student affairs, and curriculum development. Prior experience includes research engineering at Johnson & Johnson and supervisory roles at Kraft Foods. Metcalf earned a Ph.D. in Production and Operations Management from the University of South Carolina, along with an MBA in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
