Cindy Hartman has extensive experience in educational administration and teaching. Currently serving as an Associate Lecturer in Educational Administration and Associate Director of CORAS at Ohio University since June 2008, Hartman previously held positions as Superintendent and Elementary School Principal at Southern Local Schools from 2005 to 2008 and 1995 to 2005, respectively. Prior experience includes serving as an Elementary School Principal at Federal Hocking Local School District from 1980 to 1995, and as a Career Development Coordinator at Tri County Joint Vocational School from 1976 to 1978. Additionally, Hartman began a career in education as an Elementary School Teacher at Logan City Schools from 1972 to 1976. Hartman holds a Master’s degree in Administration from The University of Akron and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Bowling Green State University.
