Kimberly Ephlin

Kimberly Ephlin currently serves as the Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs and Interprofessional Education in the College of Health Sciences and Professions at Ohio University since December 2022. As a business owner of Boosts for You, LLC, Kimberly co-manages a small business specializing in planners, journals, and custom apparel alongside Paris Gebhard. Kimberly's prior experience includes roles as Program Manager for MLT and Medical Assisting at Hocking College, Organ Import Coordinator at Lifeline of Ohio, and Allied Health Instructor at both the University of Rio Grande and Rio Grande Community College. Additionally, Kimberly has worked as a photographer and medical technologist in various healthcare settings, contributing to laboratory management and education. Kimberly holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Franklin University and possesses a Master's degree in Health Care Administration/Education from the University of Phoenix, along with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology.
