Laura Drake

Laura Drake is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in legal practice, focusing on estate planning, Medicaid planning, and Veterans' benefits at Drake Law Practice LLC since 2010. In addition to her legal work, Laura serves as Associate Director for Community Fund Ohio, a nonprofit dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities while preserving their government benefits. Laura is also an Assistant Professor of Instruction and adjunct professor at Ohio University, teaching courses related to corporate responsibility and legal office environments. Previous roles include teaching Business Law and Paralegal Courses at Cincinnati State, serving as Hotline Attorney at Pro Seniors, Inc., and managing foreclosure processes at Manley Deas Kochalski LLC. Laura holds a JD from the University of Minnesota Law School and has also pursued studies in French and Anthropology at Indiana University Bloomington.
