Wesley Bonadio

Director, Well-being & Recreation at Ohio University

Wesley Bonadio has extensive work experience in the field of well-being and recreation. Wesley started their career in 2004 as a Programs Intern at Cranberry Township. Wesley then went on to work as a Business Operations Intern for the Harrisburg Senators in 2005. In 2006, Bonadio served as a Campus Recreation Intern at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. Wesley continued working at Slippery Rock University as a Graduate Assistant for Intramural Sports and a Student Involvement & Leadership Intern. In 2009, Bonadio joined Ashland University as an Assistant Director of Recreational Services and also worked as an Adjunct Faculty & Activities Course Instructor. Wesley then transitioned to Allegheny College Athletics & Recreation as an Assistant to the Associate Director. Bonadio further expanded their experience at Clemson University, where they served as an Adjunct Faculty Member and an Associate Director of Campus Recreation, Programs. Wesley also held the role of Associate Director of Campus Recreation, Programs at Ohio University. Throughout their career, Bonadio demonstrated leadership skills and was responsible for program administration, strategic planning, and day-to-day decision making in the well-being and recreation field.

Wesley Bonadio holds a B.S. in Parks and Recreation from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, which they obtained between 2000 and 2005. Wesley later pursued an M.A. in Student Affairs in Higher Education from the same university, completing it between 2007 and 2009.
