The Human Resources and Employment Services team at Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries manages all aspects of employee relations, recruitment, and job placement for individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment. This team is responsible for vocational evaluations, skills training, job coaching, and ensuring successful job placements.
