Rachelle Crosbie Rn

Rachelle Crosbie, RN, has extensive experience in nursing, currently serving as a Registered Nurse at Horizon Infusions, Ohio Valley Surgical Hospital, and Ethan Crossing Recovery Center of Springfield since 2021. Prior to these roles, Rachelle worked as a Skilled Inpatient Care Coordinator at naviHealth and gained significant pediatric experience at Dayton Children's Hospital in the NICU. Rachelle's earlier career included positions as a Licensed Practical Nurse and Director of Admissions and Marketing at Southbrook Care Center, as well as roles as a School Nurse and Discharge Planner. Rachelle holds an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Clark State College.
