Arthur Gray Jr.

Arthur Gray Jr. has a diverse background in leadership and coaching with a focus on behavioral health and community development. Currently serving as the Lead Employment Coach at Columbus Works, Inc. since March 2018 and as a Behavioral Health Specialist at OhioGuidestone since October 2022, Arthur also held the position of City Network Leader at Made to Flourish from January 2019 to June 2022. Prior to these roles, Arthur served as Executive Pastor at Freshwind Worship Center and Pastor at Linden Life Fellowship and High Praise International Fellowship, accumulating significant pastoral experience. Additionally, Arthur was the Columbus City Coordinator for the DeVos Urban Leadership Initiative from September 2016 to April 2018. Education includes attendance at Ohio Dominican University from 1980 to 1982.
