Heather Hemmer

Heather Hemmer is a seasoned professional in the health and wellness industry with extensive experience in coaching, healing, and behavioral health. As the owner and coach at Heather Hemmer Coaching since December 2017, Hemmer also serves as a behavioral health specialist at Omada Health since January 2020. Prior experience includes founding and leading The 30 Clean as CEO and Director of Coaching between October 2013 and December 2019, as well as founding Bodywellness International, where Hemmer worked as a health coach and trainer. Additional roles include bodywork specialist and consultant at SkinSpirit Skincare Clinic & Spa and founder of P.H.I.T - Physical Hardcore Interval Training. Education includes degrees in Holistic Lifestyle Coaching and Licensed Massage Therapy, with studies conducted at institutions such as UC San Diego and the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts.
