Joanna Gioia

Joanna Gioia has extensive work experience in the field of operations and executive leadership. Joanna started their career in 2004 at Guidestone as an Assistant Director of Lorain County Mental Health Programs. In the same year, they joined OhioGuidestone as an Executive Director. Over the years, they took on various roles including Assistant Vice President/Executive Director and currently serves as the Regional Vice President of Operations.

Joanna Gioia obtained their Master's degree in Social Work and Nonprofit Management from Case Western Reserve University, which they attended from 1996 to 1998.
