Nancy Shaw Goldsmith

Nancy Shaw Goldsmith is the Vice Chairperson at OHIOGUIDESTONE. Prior to this, they were the Director of HR Business Partner at Cardinal Health At Home from September 2010 to June 2017. In this role, they partnered with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category Management and Compliance leaders to align and provide Human Resources’ expertise, insight and solutions to advance those groups’ business objectives. Specific areas of focus included organizational design, attracting and retaining talent, employee training and development, diversity initiatives, employee relations, and individual coaching. Nancy also drove two successive years of significant improvement in Voice of Employee survey in Employee Engagement, Manager Effectiveness, and Recognition across teams. Nancy continued as co-chair of the Disability Advocates Network Employee Resource Group and established pilot Diversity Council strategy for Cardinal Health at Home.

Before Cardinal Health At Home, Nancy was a Partner at Advantage Partners from January 2004 to December 2007. Afterwards, they became the Vice President of Human Resources & General Counsel at The Step2 Company, LLC from August 2007 to December 2009. Nancy started their career as the Director of Human Resources at TRW Business Support Center from January 2001 to December 2003.

Nancy Shaw Goldsmith received their BA in Political Science from the University of Iowa and then went on to attend the University of Iowa College of Law, where they earned their JD.
