Erin Davis Shedd

Erin Davis Shedd is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in health and nonprofit law. Currently serving as System Vice President and Associate General Counsel at OhioHealth since July 2010, Erin previously held the position of Senior Assistant General Counsel at the same organization. Erin's legal career began at Bell Boyd & Lloyd, where expertise in health law was developed from September 2003 to May 2005, followed by a role as an attorney at McDermott Will & Emery LLP specializing in health information technology and Catholic organizations from May 2005 to June 2010. An early career internship in the Social and Health Services Division at the Washington State Office of the Attorney General took place in the summer of 2001. Erin holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a BA in English Literature with a minor in International Studies from Rhodes College.
