Randall Keefer

Randall Keefer started their work experience in 1989 at OVEC Kyger Creek Plant as a Sr Performance Engineer. Randall then moved on to Ohio Valley Electric Corporation in 1995, where they worked as a Staff Engineer until 2014. Since 2014, they have been working at Ohio's Electric Cooperatives as the Director of Fuel Procurement & Byproduct Sales.

Randall Keefer completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from West Virginia University Institute of Technology from 1985 to 1989.
