Johan Henriksson

Johan Henriksson is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in product quality and development. Currently employed at Öhlins Racing AB as an Ingenjör, produktkvalitet since April 2021, Johan focuses on continuous improvement of product quality through the 8D process and enhancing internal processes in line with IATF 16949 standards. Previous roles include a Product Development Engineer at Panthera AB, where Johan worked with SolidWorks on lightweight design, and a Technical Consultant at ÅF, specializing in CATIA V5 and ENOVIA, including FEM calculations and structural analysis. Johan also has experience as a Systems Administrator at Nacka municipality and has conducted research on wave power plant components during a thesis at CorPower Ocean. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Farkostteknik from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, complemented by high school studies in natural sciences at Nacka Gymnasium.
