Urban Herslöf

Urban Herslöf has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several decades. Urban began their career at Heat Tech Induction AB in 1995 as a Group Manager Electrical Engineering and Power Electronics Designer. In 1998, they joined MYDATA Automation as an Embedded Software Designer and Project Manager, where they worked until 2006. This was followed by a role as a Software Project Manager at Stoneridge Electronics from 2006 to 2010. Urban then joined InModo AB as the Chief Technology Officer for one year.

In 2011, they returned to Stoneridge Electronics as a Development Manager for Software Platform, before transitioning to Öhlins Racing AB in 2013. At Öhlins Racing, Urban held various senior management positions, including Manager of R&D Software, Senior Manager of MC OEM & Mechatronics, and Senior Manager of Mechatronics & Project Office. In 2020, they took on the role of Engineering Director for 2-Wheel & Mechatronics at Öhlins Racing AB / Tenneco-AST.

Urban Herslöf attended KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained their M.Sc.E.E. degree. Later, from 1992 to 1995, they pursued further studies at the same institution and earned a Tech. Lic. degree in Electrical Machines and Drives.
