Joyce Xu has three years of work experience. Joyce began their career in 2016 as a Marketing and Business Development Intern at China UnionPay. In 2017, they joined Xiaohongshu as a Sales and Marketing Intern, where they supported implementation of marketing campaigns, launched products, and analyzed campaign performance data. In 2018, they were hired as a Business Development Manager at Ohmyhome.
Joyce Xu completed a Bachelor in Business Management with Honours from the University of Birmingham between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Business Management from the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) between 2014 and 2016. In addition, they have obtained certifications in TikTok Marketing from Udemy in November 2020 and The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage in June 2020.
