Luiz Rosa

Luiz Rosa has a strong background in corporate strategy, M&A, and international investments. Luiz served as the Head of M&A and International Investments at Oi S.A, where they formulated and executed an M&A plan that raised approximately BRL 33 billion. Luiz also held the position of Strategic Planning and Corporate Strategy Manager at Oi S.A. In addition, Luiz Rosa has served as a Board Member for Timor Telecom, Unitel, and Hispamar Satélites S.A. Luiz has also held leadership roles as Chairman at CST - Companhia Santomense de Telecomunicações, SARL, and as a Member at Poli Angels and FEA Angels. Furthermore, they have gained experience in strategic marketing and solutions engineering through their tenure at Siemens.

Luiz Rosa has a solid education background. Luiz earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP in 1999. Luiz then pursued a Master's degree in the same field at the same institution from 2001 to 2004. Later, in 2009, Luiz obtained an EMBA in Administration from COPPEAD UFRJ. Furthermore, they recently acquired a certification in Angel Investing from Poli Angels in May 2022.
