Rafael Baldissera

Rafael Baldissera has extensive experience in telecommunications, currently serving as a Solution Architecture Specialist at Oi since August 2001, where leadership of the pre-sales team for Paraná and Santa Catarina is a key responsibility. Rafael also acted as a substitute manager for the southern region during managerial absence. Prior experience includes a position as a Senior Telecom Engineer at Brasil Telecom from 2002 to July 2009. Educational qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Production and Telecommunications from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, and further specialization in Marketing with an emphasis on Sales from Universidade Federal do Paraná, as well as an MBA in Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
