Paolo De Luise has extensive experience in finance and administration roles. Paolo currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at OIC Group since 2020. Prior to this, they held the same position at the International Network of Business Training Enterprises from 2013 to 2020. At Carraro Spa, they worked as the Global Working Capital & Risk Manager from 2007 to 2013. Paolo also served as the EMEA Credit Control & Accounts Payable Manager at Perkin Elmer LAS from 2002 to 2007. Additionally, they had various roles at GE Oil & Gas, including Credit Manager, Financial Controller, Finance Manager, and Six Sigma Black Belt from 1992 to 2002. Before that, they worked as a Computer Trainer at Commercial / Technical High Schools from 1988 to 1992.
Paolo De Luise completed their Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree in Business/Managerial Economics at LUISS Business School from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Crotonville Alumni from 1995 to 1997. Paolo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics and Management from Università degli Studi di Firenze from 1987 to 1990. Paolo also attended ITC Einstein from 1982 to 1987, where they obtained a High School degree with a focus on Accounting and Computer Science. In addition to their degrees, Paolo obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from GE in June 1997.
