Gaëtan Giletti

Gaëtan Giletti has a diverse work experience in various engineering and project management roles. Gaëtan is currently serving as the Head of Telecom at OIKEN, where they manage a team of around 70 people and coordinates the sector's activities. Prior to this, they worked at Sierre-Energie SA as the Head of Divison Cable/FTTH Network & IPTV, overseeing the functioning of the division and planning the deployment of the FTTH network. Gaëtan also worked as an FTTH & Network Engineer at the same company, where they were responsible for FTTH deployment and trained the operating staff. Gaëtan has also worked at Office fédéral de la communication OFCOM, ALRO Engineering SA, Hydro Exploitation SA, Rhonewerke SA, and Kaiser Industrie Automation SA, where they held various project management and engineering roles.

Gaëtan attended HEC Lausanne - The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne from 2019 to 2020, where they obtained a Certificat of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Transformational Management & leadership.

In 2017, they studied at CRPM, Lausanne, focusing on Finances pour non-financiés (Finance, general).

In 2011, Gaëtan Giletti attended CRPM, Lausanne, where they studied Conduire des collaborateurs (Management & leadership).

From 2002 to 2003, they attended Ecole Supérieur d'Informatique de Gestion (actual HES-SO Valais), where they obtained a Certificat cantonal of Webmaster, specializing in Web/multimédia and webmastering.

Gaëtan Giletti studied at Ecole d'ingénieur du Nord vaudois - EINEV (currently HEIG-VD) from 1991 to 1994 and earned a degree of Ingénieur HES in électrotechnique, focusing on electrical and electronic engineering.

Finally, from 1987 to 1991, they attended Centre de Formation Professionelle Sion and obtained a Certificat Fédéral de Capacité (CFC) as a Monteur-électricien.
