Lorena Torres

Lorena Torres has extensive work experience in the field of finance and development. Lorena began their career at OIKOCREDIT, Ecum. Dev. Co-Operat. Society UA in 2004 as a Country Manager for Ecuador. Lorena successfully held this position for over 12 years before joining Oikocredit in 2017. At Oikocredit, Lorena served as the Deputy Regional Director and later became the Senior Investment Manager. Their expertise and dedication are valuable assets to any organization they work with.

Lorena Torres pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universidad CEU San Pablo from 2010 to 2012, specializing in Finance and Financial Management Services. Prior to that, they completed their degree in Economy from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador. In addition, they obtained a certification in "Economía Circular: Transición hacia la Sostenibilidad del Futuro" from MIT Professional Education in December 2022.
