Tushar Kher

Tushar Kher serves as a Visiting Faculty at Pandit Deendayal Energy University in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, since July 2022. With over two decades of experience at ONGC, Tushar currently holds the position of Chief General Manager in Electronics & Telecommunication, overseeing significant projects such as the upgrade of hardware and software for ICE (SAP implementation) data centers and the development of maintenance service agreements for these facilities. Previous roles include Chief Engineer, responsible for system administration and disaster recovery for SAP, and successful completion of projects involving the replacement of obsolete PCs and LAN extensions at various field locations. Tushar began at ONGC as a Superintendent Engineer, where notable achievements include obtaining ISO 9001 certification for Infocom Services and conducting feasibility studies for network replacements. Tushar’s educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, an MBA in HRM from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and a certificate in Project Management from IMT, Gaziabad.
