Efrain Corona is an accomplished real estate and construction professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Real Estate Development at Oil Changers since June 2023, Efrain oversees real estate acquisitions and construction management. Prior to this role, Efrain held the position of Vice President of Real Estate Development at Quick Quack Car Wash from October 2015 to June 2023, managing a development team and overseeing all phases of projects from site investigation to certificate of occupancy. Efrain’s career at McDonald’s USA, LLC spanned from January 2004 to October 2015, during which time Efrain progressed from Area Construction Manager to Regional Construction Manager, managing numerous construction teams and projects across Northern California. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President at Critical Path General Contracting and Development Services, with a focus on commercial construction. Efrain holds a BS in Business/Finance from California State University-Sacramento and a Construction Management Certificate from the University of California, Davis.
