Amanda Hill

Amanda Hill, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of Organization Development at Oil-Dri Corporation of America since February 2008. In this role, Amanda leads the Human Resources team, providing support to multiple manufacturing facilities located in Blue Mountain, Ripley, Mounds, and Laval, Quebec. Additionally, Amanda holds a position as a Board Member for the Tippah County Development Foundation, and previously worked as a Human Resources/Safety Manager for Blue Mountain Trucking and Berkline/BenchCraft from 2000 to 2008.
