Matthew Leff, CEBS has a diverse work experience in the field of benefits and compensation. Matthew is currently working as a Senior Total Rewards Analyst at Oil-Dri Corporation of America since October 2022.

Prior to this, Matthew worked at EVRAZ North America from September 2020 to September 2022. During their tenure, they held the position of Senior Benefits and Executive Compensation Analyst. In this role, they engaged in an RFP for DB/DC Administration services, managed the successful conversion of the DB Admin, DC Admin, and pension Trustee to new service providers, administered Cash and Equity Long-Term Incentive Plans, planned and prepared Administrative Committee meetings, oversaw director remuneration process, and created ongoing Plan communications and compliance communications.

Before that, Matthew worked at Aon from September 2016 to November 2018 as a Pension Administration Specialist.

Matthew Leff, CEBS, obtained their dual bachelor's degrees in BA History and BS Education and Allied Studies from the University of Dayton, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. In 2014, they also participated in a study abroad semester at the Universidad de Granada. In addition to their formal education, Matthew Leff has obtained several certifications from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP). Matthew received the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist® (CEBS) U.S. certification, the Group Benefits Associate (GBA) U.S. certification, and the Retirement Plans Associate (RPA) U.S. certification in November 2021. Matthew also attained the CEBS®-Compliant U.S. 2023 certification in November 2021. These certifications demonstrate Matthew Leff's expertise in employee benefits and retirement plans.
