Rhonda Barnes

Rhonda Barnes has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources and operations coordination. Rhonda started their career in 2005 as an Accounting Clerk at Oil-Dri Corporation of America and worked in this role until February 2013. From March 2013 to April 2023, they served as a Human Resources Coordinator at Oil-Dri Corporation of America. Additionally, they held the position of Senior Human Resources & Operations Coordinator at the same company from April 2023 onwards.

In parallel, Rhonda also worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Blue Mountain Production and Oil-Dri Production, starting in April 2005 and continuing until April 2023.

Rhonda Barnes attended Pine Grove High School from 1988 to 1991 without pursuing a specific degree or field of study. In 2018, they obtained the aPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
