Tina Welch

Tina Welch, CPA has extensive work experience in various financial roles. Tina is currently the Director of Financial systems & Processes at Oil-Dri Corporation of America since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Financial Systems and Process Manager at the same company from August 2021 to January 2023. Tina also held the position of Corporate Accounting Manager at Oil-Dri Corporation of America from April 2014 to January 2023.

Before joining Oil-Dri Corporation, Tina worked as a Consultant from October 2013 to April 2014, where they were engaged with a Fortune 500 client. Their responsibilities included completing year-end and month-end close, developing allocations matrix for shared services, and implementing procedures for monthly allocations.

Prior to their consulting role, Tina served as the Division Corporate Accounting Manager at Navistar Inc. from February 2011 to October 2013. In this role, they completed the month-end close process, prepared financial reports for senior management, provided financial forecasts, developed balance sheet plans, and collaborated with internal and external auditors for risk assessment and compliance.

Tina's previous work experience includes being a Senior Financial Analyst at ServiceMaster from July 2006 to October 2007, a Cash Manager at Vienna Beef Inc. from June 2005 to July 2006, and an Accountant at MedCentrix, Inc. from May 2002 to June 2005.

Tina began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Rush University Medical Center from June 1984 to October 2000. Throughout their career, Tina has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, management, and process improvement. Tina is also proficient in financial software such as Essbase and PeopleSoft.

Tina Welch, CPA, holds an MBA degree in Accounting from Saint Xavier University, which was completed from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the same institution, which they completed from 1999 to 2000. Before entering Saint Xavier University, Tina Welch attended Moraine Valley Community College, where they pursued an Associate of Applied Science degree in Accounting from 1997 to 1999.
