Tyler Cohea

Tyler Cohea started their work experience in 2008 as a Welder/Fabricator at Hendrix Sheet Metal. Tyler then joined Oil-Dri Corporation of America as a Maintenance Apprentice in November 2008 and later became an Automated Packaging Operator from May 2009 to September 2010. Tyler then worked as a Packaging Team Leader from September 2010 to March 2015, where they supervised a high-speed packaging line and achieved a 35% improvement in production. Tyler was promoted to Packaging Supervisor and held this role from March 2015 to January 2018, maintaining the highest company OEE for three years. Subsequently, they became a Maintenance Supervisor from January 2018 to August 2019, managing day-to-day maintenance activities in the packaging department and implementing improved PM and training programs that reduced equipment downtime by 10%. Currently, Tyler is working as a Maintenance Manager at Oil-Dri Corporation of America, overseeing all maintenance initiatives in a clay production plant, managing the annual repair budget, and contributing to the development and execution of annual capital expenditures.
