Dornelle Hazel

Dornelle Hazel, MIH, is an accomplished resort management professional currently serving as the Resort Manager at Oil Nut Bay since May 2023. With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Dornelle previously held multiple leadership roles at Mainsail Lodging & Development, including Assistant General Manager, Acting General Manager, Director of Rooms Operation, Front of House Manager, Manager on Duty, and Senior Resort Host from September 2015 to May 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Finance Officer at the Office of the House of Assembly from February 2013 to September 2017 and as an Executive Officer at the Civil Registry & Passport Office from January 2009 to February 2013. Dornelle's educational background includes a Masters Certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell University and a Certificate of Achievement in Supervisory Management from the University of the West Indies, along with an Associate's degree in Accounting and Finance from Hamilton Lavity Stoutt Community College.
